My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and tidy, albeit a bit dated, located just above the kitchen. The service, while helpful, had a hiccup with a reprimanding incident in the breakfast area. The location was fantastic, close to numerous restaurants and safe surroundings. The dining experience was decent, with room for improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The view from the room was amazing, although the bathroom was tiny. The service was a bit lacking as the staff were rude and didn't speak English, although they were efficient and friendly. The location was superb, right across from Parque Virrey and within walking distance of dining spots, but there were some safety concerns nearby. The dining experience was pleasant with nice outdoor seating near the park, but the options were limited and not included in the stay fare.
